This is the business where advertising would be displayed.
Until a booking is confirmed, advertisers only see your venue type and suburb — for example "Cafe in Wembley". Your name, street address and contact details are revealed to an advertiser only once they have actually booked with you.
Private. Shown to an advertiser only after they book.
Advertisers browse by suburb, so this matters.
Private. Never shown on the public listing — only the suburb appears there.
Private. Sent to the advertiser as soon as their booking is confirmed, so they know exactly how to get material to you.
Here are a few options based on what you've selected above:

Some links are affiliate links. Spacehopper may receive a commission if you purchase through one of these links, at no extra cost to you.
Leave as 1 for a single stand or board. If you have, say, four identical business card holders, put 4 — advertisers can then book one or more of them and your price applies per space.
Be realistic — this tells the advertiser how much stock to send, and stops you being handed a box of 500 you have nowhere to put.
Tick every group that genuinely applies — advertisers filter on this.
An estimate is fine, and "Not sure" is a perfectly good answer. Do not invent a number.
The listings that get booked answer four things: where exactly the space is, who walks past it, when the venue is busiest, and anything that makes it unusual. A few sentences is plenty.
The sales pitch. The description above says what the space is — this says why it works. Advertisers compare listings side by side, and this is usually the deciding paragraph.
Optional, but it is often what wins the booking — advertisers cannot see the space, so knowing someone is looking after it matters.
This is the single biggest thing that decides whether your space gets booked. An advertiser is sending physical stock somewhere they have never been — photos are all they have to go on.
Take them in daylight if you can, and avoid photographing anything that identifies your business by name — signage, menus with your logo — until a booking is confirmed.
JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8MB each. Hold Cmd (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) to pick several at once. The first photo becomes your listing’s main image.
Leave blank if the space is available now.
Shown on your listing so advertisers do not request dates you cannot honour.
Say what you will not accept, when and how material should arrive, who to ask for, and how much you can hold at once. Setting this out now prevents almost every dispute later.
For weekly pricing this means weeks; for monthly pricing it means months. Campaign pricing is charged once.
For paid listings, advertisers choose dates and pay through the marketplace. Your stated price is used to calculate your earnings for the selected booking period.
Never shown publicly. Advertisers message you through the marketplace, and your details are only shared once you accept an enquiry.
Used to sign in. Your public name or business name is shown to other users instead.
At least 8 characters. This creates your account so you can manage the listing.
Listings are reviewed before appearing publicly.
