Find a Space
How Display Spaces Work
Book a place for your advert, or earn from a display in your venue. Each listing shows one physical display location and how many advertisers it can accommodate.
For advertisers
Choose where your advert will actually appear.
Find the right display
Compare the photos, location, accepted sizes and price. A counter stand, window poster and TV screen are different displays, even in the same venue.
Request your dates
Sign in or create an account, choose the period and number of advertiser spaces, and send your request. Requesting a booking does not take payment.
Wait for approval, then confirm
The venue reviews your request. For a paid placement, check the booking total and pay through Spacehopper after acceptance. Free placements have no payment step.
Arrange your advert
Use the booking conversation to agree artwork, delivery and access. Follow the booking status, report any issue through your account and leave a review after completion.
For venue owners
Add your venue once, then list each different display location.
Add your venue
Create your account and add the business, location and contact details. Use the public display description to explain the opportunity without publishing private contact details.
Describe one display spot
Name and photograph the display, select the sizes it accepts and enter how many advertisers can use it at once. Add a separate listing for a different physical display.
Set your price and rules
Enter a price per advertiser. Monthly pricing is the starting point; other periods and free placements are available. Add availability, access and display rules where needed.
Review requests and display adverts
Accept suitable requests, arrange materials through the booking conversation and follow the booking and proof steps in your account. Use Add another display spot at this venue to reuse venue details.
Useful things to know
Does the placement price include printing?
Do not assume it does. Check the listing and agree who supplies and replenishes the materials. Design & Print and Display Holders & Stands are separate services or purchases.
What does a screen placement include?
Check the advert length, rotation frequency, operating hours, file requirements and any sound restrictions with the venue before booking. A screen advert is not necessarily exclusive use of the screen.
Is a noticeboard placement the same as renting a venue display?
No. The separate Noticeboard Placements service pays a provider to place materials on public community boards, subject to their rules and availability. It is a placement service, not rental of a specific venue-owned position.
When does the venue receive payment?
Check the booking dashboard for fees, payout eligibility and any proof or completion requirements. A payout date is not a guaranteed bank-arrival date. Report problems through the booking; a review is optional.
